Hi Mr.Sachin,

As Mr.Adil Quraishi said you may did simple copy and paste option. try the 
below posiblities for Windows and linux OS
if you are trying to copying from windows, use Nero Express 6 copy as a ISO 
image ( .iso extension) and write as the same.
if you are trying to copy from Linux OS copy from CD by using dd command.
dd if=/dev/cdrom of=/root/Redhatlinux9.iso
take a copy of Redhatlinux.iso to the pendrive and try to change BIOS setup as 
boot from Flash drive and proceed as the same.

I copy all files and folder of 'Redhat Linux 9' 1st cd on Hard disk. 
Then it write on CD with Nero.
When I try to boot that cd (which I write), it dose is not boot.

(When I copy cd and then write, it works)

Why it dose not boot when I copy contents of CD on Hard disk and then 
write?

Please help.
