hi Nadeem,
 
i have check this time several
times, i have change time to create mismatch and kept tail -f /var/log/message
for logs.
it is taking 15 min to correct it.

Your first sync will be at an interval of 2^4=16 seconds. After that,
the max interval will be 2^6=64 seconds (~1 minute).
What makes you say the interval is 15 minutes?
