Dear all, I have one problem regarding Mysql Remote Connection. We have 2 server one is standalone Webserver and one is working as a Database server(MYsql)
I have create a one test.php script in which i am trying to connect database connection from webserver to database server. But when i am executing command SHELL>> php test.php Then it shows connection establish ok. But when i am trying to execute this script in Webserver using web browser then it's giving me error like Error:mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect<http://www.smspoll.net/function.mysql-connect>]: Can't connect to MySQL server I have google lot's of time but not able to find the solution. >From one post it's showing that it's SELinux Issue?? http://www.ehow.com/how_2090983_connect-remote-database-under-selinux.html But i am not sure about that.
