Mubeen, Could you post in an example of the footer ? also the version of squirrel mail you are using.
With limited info on this, I would suggest you to take help of some one from your team who knows PHP and check out which script is inserting a footer. Simple solution would be to move the squirrel mail folder from your DocumentRoot and replace it with new version. I have used squirrel mail too.. but never had issue of footer insertion in email message. However, their login page has a footer which can be modified, but I would favour squirrel mail reference somewhere in login page to give the developers a credit. regards, ~ doors
