Hey guys.. can anyone tell me how can we block torrents.. in my campus.. people suck up all internet speed using torrents..
and if somehow i block the torrent.. they run torrents as .exe application and thus starts ones again.. so please guide me.. is it possible to block torrents after blocking list of trackers.. can someone provide me that.. thanks
