I have got a diffrent idea to block torrents and it worked also.. i made a proxy auto config file for it. and people used to get connected through that pac. http://172.22.2.195/proxy/proxy.pac as torrents and other applications doesnt have auto config URL options.. they were not able to use torrent.. some people try to scan my ports and get connected to it through ports.. so i made a script which generate with $RANDOM feature.. which generate random no. between the range of 8000 and 8500 and changes the port of proxy and restart it in every 15 minutes... it was working and usage of torrents was completely blocked.. i am also thankful to the advice of Sharjeel sir. and will implement ipp2p and l7-filter kindly guide me if i am wrong in anyway or any thing i keep in mind with the pac technology.
