Hi Ganesh, I am sorry, the mistake was on my part. The DNS records were not updated properly. One of the server had -all instead of ~all which resulted in 'neutral' now result is as required. from headers -- Received-SPF: softfail (google.com: domain of transitioning [email protected] does not designate x.x.x.x as permitted sender) client-ip=x.x.x.x --
