Hi All, I figured out the issue.
In short.. If you have a qmail server that should only relay mails for a (or a set of) relayclients, then you need to use /etc/tcp.smtp and leave /var/qmail/control/rcpthosts blank. This will solve the issue of partial open relay. eg: a campaign mailer server. Functionality: just send do not receive /var/qmail/rcpthosts is needed if your server accepts and sends mail for a particular domain -- full fledged mail sever. regards, ~ doors [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
