Hi Jaydeep,
 
It seems that your grub is corrupted.
 
Try this:
1) Boot with linux CD & press "e" for edit mode during GRUB process
2) # linux rescue
3) # chroot /mnt/sysimage
4) # grub-install --recheck /dev/hda (Assuming your Hard Disk partition to be 
hda)
5) It will take some time to reinstall the grub & finally reboot.

Even after doing this, your server does not start working, then you need to 
reinstall linux. Please take backup before doing so!

Grub Entries are also normal
Still facing same problem
