Requirement :-
1) JD for FCS engineer :-
Ensuring Complaints logged are closed within 4 hours
Technical hands on configuration knowledge on Cisco products (routers/switches)
& Leased Line modems
Coordinating with Internal Project / Support teams for new rollouts / ongoing
support
Hands on knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP)
Knowledge of MPLS, VPN Technologies. Knowledge of Wireless products, Metro
Ethernet, LL, ISDN
Preparing daily / Monthly Uptime TAC reports
Timely escalations to senior management
2) Security Engineer - Mumbai
Experience on Routers and Switches
Experience on Cisco / Juniper routers
Preferable working experience on Leased Line / Broadband / ISDN and wireless
technologies
Hands-on experience on any of the firewalls mentioned Below:
Cisco PIX / ASA / Checkpoint / Juniper / Fortinet
Hands-on experience on any of the products mentioned below:
Anti-Virus (Gateway level and Desktop)
URL Content Filtering technology -Websense preferable
