Hi All,
I have installed 3 apache-tomcat instances on my server listing to diffrent
ports.
8081, 18081, 18091
one of the tomcat instance is configured to send mail.
Since this machine is exploring to the public ip I wanted to configure iptables
on the same.
Please suggest me how can i secure this machine.
Regards,
MSK

Hi MSK,
Just open the sendmail port=25 through firewall as follow,
iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport 25 -j ACCEPT (sendmail, smtp)
