$mkdir -p /mnt/hpdriver

$mount -o loop <downloaded .iso> /mnt/hpdriver
or
$mount -o loop -t iso9660 <downloaded .iso> /mnt/hpdriver

$now change to hpdriver dir
$cp * <any_path>

change to the copied dir.

check the type installation files.
If .rpm files then try $rpm -ivh <package name>

If .tgz (src code) files then try autoconf way
Xtract tar (Note -: Refer the README files before installation)

$./configure
$make
$make install

If u have both rpm & src code, it will be better if u go with src code.
