Experience- 2 – 5 years
Technical Skills:
• Experience in technical support, systems administration, or a network
environment that involves Windows (2003/2000/XP/Vista) and UNIX systems.
• Practical experience with third-party LDAP based servers such as Microsoft
Active Directory, Sun Java System Directory Server. Experience on Oracle & MS
SQL DB.
• Understanding of networking/Security fundamentals like firewalls, ISA
Servers.
• Experience with troubleshooting client applications such as Apache, IIS, VPN,
and RADIUS.
• The candidate must possess an understanding of basic debugging techniques
such as analysis of dump files, tracing, performance tuning and monitoring.
Operational Skills:
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work 24X7X365 organization shift work, holidays and on-call
responsibilities is required.
• Customer support and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in Voice Support.
