      Why are people sending their resumes to ME? Did I post the vacancy?

Why don't these people have the sense to read the mail carefully

before shooting off their resumes? This is a clear sign of 1. Laziness

2. Carelessness 3.Inability to follow simple instructions 4. Serious

communication problems.



If the selection was in my hands, I would never select a candidate

with the above qualities.
