Work on ticket based system based on SLAs 2. Call customer and understand the problem (gather detailed information) 3. Through VPN get access to customer machine and gather the required information like (logs, core dumps, etc.) 4. Confirm this is a bug / suggest customer the correct way to use the feature 5. In case it is bug, try and reproduce and then further diagnose and provide workaround 6. File a bug in the bug tracking tool and follow up with the developers for the fix 7. Provide periodic updates to the customer by updating the ticket / calling 8. Monitor the pending tickets Qualification and Experience: 1. Candidates should have B.Sc (Comp Sc), MCA or equivalent degree 2. Excellent understanding of OS(Windows/Linux) and RDBMS basics 3. Candidates should have 3+ years prior experience on L2 support for product company 4. Should be ready to work in shifts 5. Excellent written/verbal communication skills Training required: 1.
