Normally ISP binds IP Address with MAC Address and it do not changes if we restart our systems. so check your IP Address and SSH it directly. Sometimes ISP blocks some ports for that you can change SSH port on your linux machine. Do remember to allow ssh access to world/your office IP in firewall.
