Can anyone tell me what is the differnce between Proxypass adn rewrite
rules.
RewriteRule ^/(irj.*) http://10.135. 40.25:8100/ $1 [P,L]
ProxyPass /irj/portal http://10.135. 40.25:8100/ irj/portal
ProxyPassReverse /irj/portal http://10.135. 40.25:8100/ irj/portal
Can anyone explain the above script? If there is reques for
http://xxxxxx/ irj/portal what wil the rewrite and proxy rules do?
If both teh rules are same then can i delete or comment any one of them.
