Disable your onboard lan card and put external Dlink lan card, it would be 
compatible with redhat 9.

I have asrock motherboard with dual core processor, with inbuilt ethernet and 
sound card,

Am using redhat 9, i know it's too old but am using it for some reason..but am 
trouble now for below issues...

1> It' not supporting my ethernet and soundcard.

     So i tried to compile new version kernel 2.6.33 version

2> But while making bzImage am getting error related to firmware, I don't know 
what is it.



Please advice me what's the desire solution...am waiting for reply ASAP.

bczz it's 31 lecture in class, but still am trouble in doing such things.
