He/she will serve as the first point-of-contact (Level 1). The role will require receive, record and understand reported issues, to fix known issues, to route unknown issues to Level 2/3 support staff, and then to communicate resolution to the requester. You will analyse all available source of information as well as liaise with colleagues to obtain technical knowledge in order to ensure quick resolutions. In addition, he/she will provide Level 2 & Level 3 user requests/incidents follow-up until their resolution. At present, the RAID & SOCRATES support teams provide 24x7 global support exclusively from Mumbai. In future, Mumbai team would cover the local business hours by adopting follow-the-sun model.
