This patchset fixes several problems I discovered while tracking down
the cause of GNOME's odd behavior when using touchstrips.

Each of these are standalone patches that address a single item:

[PATCH 1/8] Improve logging of X property setting
[PATCH 2/8] Increase maximum allowed X11 button number
[PATCH 3/8] Improve wcmFindProp readability

These remaining five patches change how the driver responds to
requests to set properties. We haven't been reporting error
conditions back to clients like we should, and we haven't
been respecing the 'checkonly' flag to the degree necessary:

[PATCH 4/8] Have wcmFindActionHandler properly handle wcmFindProp
[PATCH 5/8] Pass errors from wcmSetActionProperty up the stack
[PATCH 6/8] Have wcmSetActionProperty run checkonly
[PATCH 7/8] NONE is not a valid action, and NULL a bad value
[PATCH 8/8] Don't reset properties on checkonly
