As Dmitry explained in his updated patch on the LKML thread, feature
is very much a Wacom specific entity. I'd like to keep it in
wacom_wac.c unless you have a better argument or a strong personal
preference. As you can tell, in order to retain talent, I respect
developer's personal choices too :).

Chris might have done something on this.  I didn't get a chance to
scan his patch yet.  You may want to test his filter patch to see how
that works for you.  I am truly grateful for the effort that you and
Chris have put into this community.....

Good point.  Maybe you don't need to worry about that any more since
we are building a separate wacom-kernel git repo to ease the
maintenance effort and to improve traceability.
