Just posted patch to handle new MT interface.  Please see the FIXME in
it though.  I'm looking for opinions on preferred way to handle the
ABS_MT_SLOTS that was only added in Linux 2.6.36.  Do you guys like to
check in autoconf, use #ifdef's like I did, or define the missing
values in header files so user can later upgrade kernel and get
feature without recompiling?

As you'll see, it was every easy to add in MT event support with the
reworked code to support buttons being rerouted to different channels.

For Wacom devices that support multiple tools in proximity (Intuos1 &
2?), you can see how it would be pretty easy to move their kernel
interfaces over to the MT events now.
