If the device is defined in xorg.conf, fdi will be ignored. So, your
three tools are from xorg.conf. You can comment out the InputDevice
lines under ServerLayout section for Wacom devices (cursor, stylus,
eraser) in xorg.conf and restart your X server (or system) to see what
happens. I am not positive since I think your system uses udev instead
of HAL for hotplugging.
