This is 0.10.99.2 + two patches, one from Chris to allow button 9 to work, second is from you, (well, actually bundle: the "1/2: Allow gestures to use action button maps" + "2/2: Fix cursor freeze after performing gesture - RFC"). I haven't tested it without them.
