In Feb 2010 Ping forwarded me some patches from Sun, but IIRC after responding with some review comments, I never saw them again. So if you want to re-visit them, feel free to do so. Note though that we get to have some advantages from being linux-only (e.g. linux-only glibc symbols) that may disappear once we start supporting other platforms. So to integrate Solaris support, we really need a reliable tester.
