CursorProx was intended to only affect relative mode. The goal was
to give Wacom mouse users an option so they do not have to lift their mice
too high to stop cursor movement.
Since we only consider CursorProx for mouse and new devices with touch do
not support mouse any more, I see no need to correct the driver for this
issue. So,
