Dear WacomLinux Devs,

I've been looking after the legacy wizardpen code[1], this code has
gone through a the mangle in order to get it working with each new
Xorg and kernel version. While we've had some miraculous results,
I've never been able to test it myself since I only own wacom Intuos3
tablets.

Now however I have been sent a UC Logic tablet and I think it's time I
sorted this set of device out. My question to you is, should the
support for these tablets merge into the wacom code (wacom-kernel,
libwacom etc) or should it be maintained as a separate project with
it's own Xorg driver.

I understand that there has been work on non-wacom drivers. Searching
the archives has not enlightened me to the status or mood surrounding
this objectives. If you can fill me in, I would be very grateful.

Best regards, Martin Owens
