You should get in touch with Ping, he might be interested with your program, in case there's still development to be done. However, Dapper will likely remain with 0.7.2 (unless a kind developer backports it from Edgy), we'll have to keep pestering in Launchpad to be sure Edgy ships with 0.7.4 and the silly xorg.conf mistake is fixed.
