Hello I'm only stupid blonde from Poland and I apologize for my English...
I have Graphire 4 A6 [USB], linuxwacom-0.7.4-2, my kernel is 2.6.15. and distribution: Slackawre [it's hard to say, what version it is exactly...] My new tablet didn't want to work properly. Probably it is all my fault but I will be very grateful if someone could help me... For me these messages are looking a bit strange: dmesg: usb 2-2: new low speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 3 input: Wacom Graphire4 4x5 as /class/input/input3 kobject_register failed for usbhid (-17) [<c02791db>] kobject_register+0x6b/0x80 [<c0134510>] mod_sysfs_setup+0x50/0xc0 [<c01358b2>] load_module+0x972/0xab0 [<c014fe72>] __handle_mm_fault+0x142/0x290 [<c0135a85>] sys_init_module+0x65/0x210 [<c01032c5>] syscall_call+0x7/0xb input: Wacom Graphire4 4x5 as /class/input/input2 usbcore: registered new driver wacom /root/linuxwacom-0.7.4-2/src/2.6.15/wacom.c: v1.44-2.6.15.4-pc-0.3:USB Wacom Graphire and Wacom Intuos tablet driver /proc/bus/input/devices I: Bus=0003 Vendor=056a Product=0015 Version=0403 N: Name="Wacom Graphire4 4x5" P: Phys= S: Sysfs=/class/input/input3 H: Handlers=mouse1 B: EV=1f B: KEY=1c63 0 700ff 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 B: REL=100 B: ABS=100 3000003 B: MSC= and here it is on top of that /proc/bus/usb/devices T: Bus=02 Lev=01 Prnt=01 Port=01 Cnt=01 Dev#= 3 Spd=1.5 MxCh= 0 D: Ver= 1.10 Cls=00(>ifc ) Sub=00 Prot=00 MxPS= 8 #Cfgs= 1 P: Vendor=056a ProdID=0015 Rev= 4.03 S: Manufacturer=WACOM S: Product=CTE-440-U V4.0-3 C:* #Ifs= 1 Cfg#= 1 Atr=80 MxPwr= 40mA I: If#= 0 Alt= 0 #EPs= 1 Cls=03(HID ) Sub=01 Prot=02 Driver=wacom E: Ad=81(I) Atr=03(Int.) I didn't remember exactly if I tried to compile it as module, but it seems I had do this also. I have no idea how to fix this :( _______________________________________________ Linuxwacom-discuss mailing list Linuxwacom-discuss@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linuxwacom-discuss
