Looks very useful to me for Ubuntu users. Perhaps Ping will add a link from HOWTO. I thought I had to fix the udev rules manually but they now seem okay in Dapper, perhaps I am remembering Breezy. Noticed a couple of typos "stylet" for "stylus" in two places.
