Sounds like a configuration issue to me.. See if the following thread from the 
list archive can help you:

Never had problems with the buttons myself (Volito 2 owner), so I don't think 
I can help here. But get the edge issue solved first and see if this is still 
a problem.

The last line indicates that the Device in the configuration is not the 
correct one.

Check the thread above and if you still got problems, please include the same
