Ping,

Following up on my own post:

After a little while, I lost pressure sensitivity again, but not in the
same way as before.

Before I explain that, I have to first explain that there's something
strange about the way my Wacom is behaving. It jumps around a bit,
particularly when the mouse pointer reaches the edges of the screen.

It also tends to lose track of the dimensions of the screen space. By
that I mean sometimes it thinks the edge of the screen is a few
centimeters away from the actual edge, and will stop there.

In my earlier post, I mentioned that it now takes more sweeps of my
wrist to make one pass across my screen space (I have a dual monitor
setup) than it did before.

Long story short, overall there's basically something off with the
settings that determine how the Wacom maps the screen and how it moves
over that space.

So, one time when I was using GIMP, and moved the mouse over to the
edge, it made one of the jumps I mentioned before. And then the pressure
sensitivity was suddenly gone.

My thinking is that the pressure sensitivity is only being affected
because some other setting is off.

But which setting? One of these?

TopX integer sets the X coordinate of the top
corner of the active zone
TopY integer sets the Y coordinate of the top
corner of the active zone
BottomX integer sets the X coordinate of the bottom
corner of the active zone
BottomY integer sets the Y coordinate of the bottom
corner of the active zone
SpeedLevel integer (1 - 11) sets relative cursor movement speed
xyDefault resets the bounding coordinates to
default in tablet units
mmonitor on|off turns on/off across monitor movement
on (non-TwinView) multi-monitor desktop
CursorProx distance sets cursor distance margin for
proximity-out in distance from the tablet surface
