Yes, we support Cintiq 21UX on Linux.  In theory, all Linux
distributions are supported since our driver is based on vanilla
kernel source from kernel.org.  However, you may need to upgrade your
Wacom kernel and X driver if the Linux kernel and/or X server is old.

In fact, from driver's point of view, setting up Cintiq 21UX is the
same as setting up other Wacom tablets.  If you had experience setting
up Wacom driver on Linux for other tablets, you should be fine.
