It sounds like a driver install/setup issue.  Which version of
linuxwacom are you running?  Are you sure Wacom kernel driver is
controlling your tablet?  Please follow the steps at
http://linuxwacom.sourceforge.net/index.php/howto/testtablet to see if
Wacom driver is in control.  If it is, check your xorg.conf file to
make sure your settings are right.  If you still have problem, please
turn your debuglevel to 12 and email /var/log/Xorg.0.log to me
directly (not to the group).
