Let me understand your problem first. Does your double click issue
happen with regular mouse on Linux as well, or just with Wacom
devices?  If the problem is a general Linux issue, I am afraid you'll
have to figure out a solution by looking into the possibilities of
changing double click time interval and distance on system.  If it is
a Wacom driver issue, I need to know what linuxwacom version you are
running as well as your kernel and Xorg versions.
