Hi,

I haven't nailed this down yet, but I want to throw a feeler out there to see
if anybody else is noticing this.

At some point in the recent past, my tablet PC has started misbehaving, in
that the pen time sporadically freezes for several seconds. When it happens,
I can still move the cursor with the mouse, but the pen seems to stop sending
events. Even more odd is that when this happens I can sometimes turn the pen
over and use the eraser end, but when I flip back to the pointer end, it is
still frozen.

It is probably related to a software upgrade I did on the 25th of last month,
where I upgraded to wacom 0.7.7 and xorg 7.2. I haven't changed kernels
recently. I'm running Gentoo on a TC4200. Other variables which may be
related are recent hibernation and/or operating in portrait mode (with the
screen rotated).

As I said, I haven't yet made an effort to pinpoint exactly when this is
happening; I wanted to see first whether this was a known problem, or if
anybody else has seen something like it.

Thanks.
