I had thought about not putting the locks in the generated SQL output,
but left them in because they will still stop any unexpected liquibase
updates being ran concurrently.
There are certainly times when you KNOW that you will not need the
locking, and it can cause problems. I agree that it is worth adding a
flag to turn it off. I'll set up a feature request for it.
