Have I missed *the* fundamental refactoring/pattern for creating a new
schema/database?
So far, it seems like all of the documented refactorings presume that a named
schema/database has been created by some means external to LiquiBase.
Is there a refactoring that is the logical equivalent to
CREATE DATABASE <schema-name>
