the +5 standby reads 5.4v The +5 reads 5.6v the FIRST time it's turned on. But, If I cycle the AC, it goes up. By replugging the PSU a few times it went all the way up to 10.1v! I left the PSU on for an hour and watched the voltage on the +5 pin, it gradually fell to 1.04 I then turned off the AC and it went to 1.17. Also, when I remove the AC, there is still voltage on the +5v pin, E.G., when I first applied AC to the PSU, the meter read 5.6.
