2.2. Deployment of New Namespaces ================================== When you say a "new namespace", which of the following do you mean: 1) something that is visible within the LISP site, but not within the ISP network 2) something that is visible within the ISP network, but not the LISP site 3) something that may be visible both within the LISP site and the ISP network Your example suggests #2. Do I have that right? If so, could you make that clear? 2.3. Future Development of LISP ================================ This section is confusing. Because it is included in Section 2 (Goals), one would think that it document one of LISP's goals. However, section begins by stating that its contents are beyond the scope of the document. It then continues to normatively reference another document that captures "one person's thoughts". Does this section really document LISP goal?
