Hi Bernhard, Thanks a lot for your feedback! Please see inline with [AR].

I fully support the move of the PubSub draft RFC to the standard track, since it is required by the ICAO standardization process of the Air Traffic Network (ATN) IPS. As some of you know, the feature is used in the ATN IPS system to improve the performance of the GB-LISP mobility solution and enhancing the reachability of aircrafts via multiple A/G datalinks. (see GB-LISP presentation at IETF 113) I am also pleased to find this scenario partially reflected in the deployment experience chapter. We have validated one available Pub/Sub implementation for this purpose in 2022 in a large international research project and we would like to provide the following feedback: Please provide more detailed information about the explicit unsubscribe operations – e.g., what happens if the XTR has a valid subscription to a less specific EID-prefix but would like to unsubscribe for a more specific EID-prefix? [AR] The unsubscribe operation is described in a paragraph at the end of Section 5, but the example you describe might be needed to be covered explicitly. I’m thinking we could update the unsubscribe paragraph as follows to describe this case, let me know what you think. OLD > The following specifies the procedure to remove a subscription. If the Map-Request only has one ITR-RLOC with AFI = 0 (i.e., Unknown Address), the Map-Server MUST remove the subscription state for that xTR-ID. In this case, the Map-Server MUST send the Map-Notify to the source RLOC of the Map-Request. NEW > The following specifies the procedure to remove a subscription. If the Map-Server has received this Map-Request for an EID-Prefix without an explicit subscription for the xTR-ID but covered by a less-specific EID-Prefix for which a subscription exists for that xTR-ID, the Map-Server SHOULD stop publishing updates for the more-specific EID-Prefix to that xTR, until the xTR explicitly subscribes to the more-specific EID-Prefix. Version -10 is also the first one on Standards Track and includes a section on deployment experiences. Please take a look and let us know any feedback you might have. Thanks!
