All, The call for adoption for this document is now expired.
During the two weeks only two emails in support of ti have been received (one of a co-authors). As such, the chairs cannot declare consensus on the adoption. The WG does not seem to be interested in adopting and working on this document, which, however, does not mean that the document has any technical issue per-se.
