I support this draft for WG adoption. Mostly because, its the best idea I have 
heard about putting routing protocols in space and I trust no one other than 
Tony to keep it simple.

The LISP WG is working on running overlays over satellite networks assuming the 
underlay knows how to route across ISLs. So this will be complementary work.

In this draft, only user-stations and gateways run LISP and the mapping system 
runs on earth.
