I think this guy is just trying to be a wiseass OR he may really be that
stupid. Regardless, not one word of what he sent you is true.
I don't have your original message but think I may have already replied to
it. It is PROBABLY because you have a blank line in your footer. Blank
lines must be designated by a "-"
