Is it?  I wonder if the "owners" of the original listings gave their 
permission to have their content consolidated by Topica.  I've given 
permission to have my mailing lists included in their directories (not 
Topica), but nowhere was it said or implied that the information 
would/could be distributed beyond their radius.
