I had stayed quiet since I had hoped one of our own customers would mention us :)
We use Software.com's Post.Office software which is very similar to majordomo in terms
of functionality and commands for email management. The advantage is that it is easier
for an end user to configure and it also offers web-based management.
Our rates start at either $10/month or $79/year. (That gives you ability to send out
up to 2 messages a day for an announcement list to 2,000 subscribers). We've had
awesome uptime (since March 98, we've been down only 4 hours, half of which was
attributed to a router needing to be replaced).
