The cheap answer would be some kind of Linux solution with Apache. I
don't know what's available on Linux for 68K, however. On MacOS
itself, for web, there's WebStar, for Mail lists there are any number
of solutions. The commercial one (and it's very good) is LetterRip
pro. For a freeware/shareware solution, look at Macjordomo.
