This isn't *exactly* true: it only infects folks using HTML email and 
using Netscape or IE as their mail clients... far as I know [and have 
seen from the waves of similar viruses recently], folks using any of the 
other dozen or more mail clients for windows [and/or sensible enough (or 
luddite enough, YMMV :o)) to stick to plain-jane text email] don't have a 
problem (or at the least have to work at it to infect themselves).
