Oh, I have that.  I just know very little about what to do when

to alt/listserv/nonserve/complaint.  

Joke.  That's a joke.

Do you know for a long time the prejudice of men against women drivers
was based upon the perceived female lack of interest in changing
sparkplugs and relining brakes?  This was a firmly-held notion - except
by insurance underwriters, who knew women were by any measure the better
drivers by far, being primarily interested in arriving where they were
headed and returning safely.
