Comparably, Outlook Express does pseudo-IMAP and pseudo-SMTP over HTTP for
Hotmail mailboxes, and it's the OE settings that determine plain text or
HTML. As Bob said of Netscape and AOL, the corporate connection is glaring.
I wonder if perhaps Netscape's access to AOL mail is also over HTTP and the
name "imap" for the server is a red herring.
